Pathomo.life offers consultations in the areas of Tarot, Numerology, Astrology, and related personal guidance formats.
All services are intended for personal reflection, inspiration, and self-development.
They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
2.2 Handmade Products
All physical items (e.g., handcrafted angels and spiritual décor) are individually made.
Slight variations in color, shape, or material are normal and do not represent defects.

3. Conclusion of Contract
By submitting an order or booking request, the customer makes a binding offer.
A contract is formed once Pathomo.life confirms the order or appointment via email.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on the website are final prices.
Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank transfer (prepayment)
Full payment is required before the service is provided or the product is shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery (for physical products)
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after payment is received; handcrafted items may require additional time.

6. Delivery of Services
6.1 Delivery of Digital Content
Personalized readings and written interpretations are normally delivered via email within 2–5 business days after payment.
6.2 Online Sessions
For online consultations, customers receive a confirmation including the date, time, and access link.
Late arrivals or no-shows cannot be refunded.

7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Physical Products
Customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for physical goods.
The following items are excluded:
custom-made or personalized products
opened or used products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
7.2 Services
For services:
The right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.
There is no withdrawal right for personalized digital content (e.g., numerology or astrology reports), as these are created individually for the customer.
Online appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
After that, the full fee will be charged.

8. Liability Disclaimer
All consultations and interpretations are meant for personal insight and reflection.
They are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, professional legal advice, or financial guidance.
Pathomo.life is liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.
For simple negligence, liability exists only for essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

All products remain the property of Pathomo.life until full payment has been received.
